Jacklin Rad has joined Fisher Phillips as a partner in the Los Angeles office, the firm said Thursday.
Rad will advise clients on the laws that govern the workplace, including pay transparency and regular rate calculations, according to Fisher Phillips. She will also guide employers on workplace investigations.
She previously served in the California Labor Commissioner’s Office as senior deputy labor commissioner, said the firm.
