Fisher Phillips Recruits Commercial Litigator Custer in Denver

Katie Custer joined Fisher Phillips as a partner in Denver, the firm announced Monday.

Custer defended companies in complex commercial disputes across the US and has handled matters across oil & gas, energy, and healthcare industries. She has tried over 20 cases to verdict and handled cross examinations, depositions, jury selections, opening statements, closing arguments, and argued motions in federal and state courts, the firm said.

She was most recently of counsel at Wheeler Trigg O’Donnell, according to her LinkedIn profile.
