Fisher Phillips Opens New Office in Maine With Partner Trio

Shiloh Theberge, Tara Walker, and Pawel Binczyk joined Fisher Phillips as employment partners in its new office in Portland, Maine, the firm announced Monday.

Theberge advises and defends employers on workplace law issues, including discrimination, harassment, disability accommodations, leave laws, and wage and hour compliance, the firm said.

Walker provides labor and employment counsel to employers on complex litigation in state and federal courts. She focuses on guiding independent schools and non-profits on legal matters, including drafting workplace policies, navigating student conduct issues, and managing workplace crises, the firm said.
