Andrew Sommer has joined Fisher Phillips as a partner in the Los Angeles office, the firm said Monday.
Sommer, who served as managing partner of the California practice at his previous firm, defends employers in federal and state court litigation and administrative proceedings, according to Fisher Phillips.
He focuses on workplace disputes involving claims of discrimination, wrongful termination, and wage and hour collective and class actions, Fisher Phillips said.
