Jamie Spataro joined Fisher Phillips as a partner in its workplace safety and catastrophe management practice in Pittsburgh, the firm announced Monday.
Spataro offers knowledge in OSHA compliance, inspections, accident response, citation defense, and regulatory advocacy. His practice focuses on sustainability and infectious disease defense as employers navigate regulatory landscapes, the firm said.
He joins from Littler Mendelson, according to his LinkedIn profile.
