Fisher Phillips Adds Magnanimo as Employment Litigation Partner

Frank Magnanimo joined Fisher Phillips as an employment litigation partner in Woodland Hills, Calif., the firm announced Tuesday.

Magnanimo represents clients in hearings before governmental agencies such as the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the firm said.

He also advises in-house counsel on how to minimize risk in business operations and guides employers on best practices for workplace investigations, workforce reductions or layoffs, protecting proprietary information, and unfair competition concerns, Fisher Phillips said.
