Scarlett Lopez Freeman joined Fisher Phillips as a partner in San Francisco, the firm announced Wednesday.

Lopez Freeman represents management on workplace-related issues across multiple industries, including financial services, insurance, technology, health care, and life sciences, the firm said. She also litigates on behalf of management defending against a wide range of employment claims, including discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour, wrongful termination, restrictive covenant, and non-compete litigation.
