Fisher Phillips Adds James Holt as Partner in Pittsburgh Office

James Holt joined Fisher Phillips as a partner in its labor and employment practice in Pittsburgh, the firm announced Monday.

Holt advises and represents employers nationwide on workplace-related matters including wage and hour, discrimination and harassment, reductions in force, leaves and accommodations, executive compensation and benefits, arbitration agreements, and non-compete and restrictive covenant agreements, the firm said. He also represents employers in traditional labor law matters such as NLRB proceedings, labor arbitrations, union organizing, and collective bargaining negotiations, and conducts independent workplace investigations and training.
