Fisher Phillips Adds Employment Partner Schenk in Raleigh

Edward Schenk joined Fisher Phillips as a partner in its labor and employment law practice in Raleigh, the firm announced Tuesday.

Schenk counsels businesses, owners, and executives across industries on state and federal employment law, discrimination and retaliation claims, wage and hour compliance, corporate malfeasance, reductions in force, disability accommodation, and executive compensation. He guides clients through every stage of litigation, including appeals, and defends employers before administrative agencies such as the EEOC and Department of Labor, the firm said.

He previously worked at Williams Mullen and Worrell Sides, according to his LinkedIn profile.
