Fisher Phillips Adds Daniel Pepper as Privacy, Cyber Partner

Daniel Pepper joined Fisher Phillips as a partner in its privacy and cyber team in Denver, the firm announced Wednesday.

Pepper advises clients on proactive data security practices, data breach incident response, and data privacy and security regulatory compliance, the firm said. He represents organizations in large-scale ransomware attacks, as well as cyber breaches by nation-states.

He will also lead the firm’s data protection and cybersecurity team.
