Parker Group Inc., a financial technology startup that emerged from stealth mode last year, has hired Matthew Kopko as its general counsel.
Kopko spent the past year serving as a senior vice president of legal and compliance and head of proxy services for Strive Asset Management, an investment firm co-founded by current Republican presidential candidate, entrepreneur, and Yale Law School graduate Vivek Ramaswamy.
Parker, which provides corporate credit cards to e-commerce businesses, didn’t respond to a request for comment about Kopko’s hire. Nor did Kopko, who confirmed his new role this month in a statement posted to LinkedIn. ...
