Christian Gonzalez joined Fifth Third Bancorp as executive vice president and chief legal officer, the bank announced Wednesday.
Gonzalez brings experience across corporate, banking, and securities law, as well as mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, capital markets, regulatory compliance and corporate governance, the bank said.
He joins from Dinsmore & Shohl, where he was an executive board member and corporate department chair.
