Fidelity Invests in $10 Billion Honeywell-Backed Quantinuum

Fidelity International is investing in Quantinuum for the first time, joining the latest funding round for the quantum computing company controlled by Honeywell International Inc.

Quantinuum expanded its previously announced funding round to $800 million from $600 million after it was oversubscribed, Chief Executive Officer Rajeeb Hazra said in a statement. The round valued the company at $10 billion, he said.

A representative for Fidelity declined to comment.

Honeywell owns about 54% of Quantinuum. Other investors in Quantinuum include Nvidia Corp.’s venture capital arm, Quanta Computer Inc., QED Investors, JPMorgan Chase & Co., Mitsui & Co., Serendipity ...
