Akin Harrison has joined FGS Global as chief legal officer, the firm said Tuesday.
As a member of FGS’ executive committee, Harrison will lead the firm’s legal function and develop global strategy.
He previously served as senior vice president and general counsel at TEGNA Inc., where he oversaw the company’s legal, compliance, and regulatory matters, according to FGS Global.
