Fenwick Recruits Corporate Regulatory Attorney Jennifer Yoo

Jennifer Yoo, a corporate regulatory attorney, joins Fenwick in the Santa Monica, Calif., office, expanding its corporate regulatory group, the law firm said Wednesday.

Yoo brings experience in healthcare and healthtech, representing clients on regulatory and transactional matters, including M&A, joint ventures, affiliations, securities offerings, and financings, according to Fenwick.
