Jim Hauser joined Fenwick as a partner in its executive compensation and employee benefits practice in Boston, the firm announced Wednesday.
Hauser advises technology and life sciences companies, investors, and executives on compensation planning. His practice focuses on designing and negotiating executive and equity arrangements, advising on governance and compliance matters, and guiding clients through compensation issues during strategic transactions, the firm said.
