Benjamin Kingsley joined Fenwick as a partner in its securities litigation and enforcement practice in San Francisco, the firm announced Tuesday.
Kingsley will assist technology and life sciences companies in navigating compliance and enforcement priorities within the regulatory landscape, the firm said.
He joins from the US Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of California.
