Fennemore has combined with the San Diego-based firm, Sullivan Hill, according to a news release Tuesday.
Sullivan Hill brings experience in insurance coverage, construction, commercial bankruptcy, real estate transactions and leasing, and business and commercial litigation, according to the news release.
The merged unit will operate under the Fennemore name. This combination brings Fennemore to 17 offices across five states, said the firm.
In addition, Sullivan Hill’s Las Vegas practice will combine with Fennemore’s office in Las Vegas.
