Federal Contracts Attorney Joins Fox Rothschild in Washington, DC

Daniel Rounds joined Fox Rothschild as a partner in its construction and federal government contracts practice groups in Washington, DC, the firm announced Tuesday.

Rounds advises clients on all phases of public, industrial, and complex commercial construction projects from inception through claims resolution. He represents clients in federal and state courts, in Boards of Contract Appeals, and in domestic and international arbitration, and assists clients with construction and design contract drafting and negotiation, requests for equitable adjustment and claim preparation, and termination settlement negotiations, the firm said.

He joins from Haynes Boone.
