Andrew Botts joined FBT Gibbons as a partner in its tax practice group in Dallas, the firm announced Thursday.
Botts focuses his practice on tax planning and structuring for joint ventures, real estate investments, mergers and acquisitions, buyouts, restructurings, private equity, investment fund formation, and venture capital transactions. He regularly counsels clients on US and international tax issues involving real estate joint ventures, investment funds, REIT taxation, and corporate & partnership taxation, the firm said.
He joins from Wick Phillips.
