Fayock Rejoins K&L Gates As Corporate M&A Partner In Pittsburgh

Daniel Fayock rejoined K&L Gates as a corporate M&A partner in Pittsburgh, the firm said Thursday.

Fayock, who spent the last two decades in various in-house roles, advises boards of directors and executive teams and manages a range of legal and corporate affairs, according to K&L Gates.

Fayock previously spent 15 years with PPG Industries including as its deputy general counsel and corporate secretary, where he advised the company’s executive team, led its corporate governance program, and helped guide the company’s environmental, social, and governance strategies, the firm said.
