Faegre Drinker Hires McCullough for Intellectual Property Group

Matthew McCullough joined Faegre Drinker as a partner in its intellectual property group in San Francisco, the firm announced Monday.

McCullough represents clients in intellectual property litigation, with a focus on high-tech patent and trade secrets litigation involving cutting-edge technologies, such as AI, cloud services and infrastructure, telecom, and network security. He argues critical motions at all stages and has obtained key victories such as exclusion of the opposing party’s expert and invalidating asserted patents, the firm said.

He previously was at Winston & Strawn, according to his LinkedIn profile.
