Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath has elected Gina Kastel as its next chair, the Minnesota law firm announced Thursday.
Kastel, who co-chairs the firm’s compensation committee and served as the integration partner, will take over as chair effective April 1, 2023. She succeeds co-chairs Tom Froehle and Andrew Kassner, the firm said.
The change in leadership ushers in a new chapter of solo leadership for Faegre Drinker. Foehle and Kassner had taken their roles atop the firm after the 2020 merger of Faegre Baker Daniels and Drinker Biddle & Reath.
