Thomas Duncan has joined Faegre Drinker as a partner in the government and regulatory practice in Philadelphia, the firm said Monday.
Duncan represents clients in environmental and energy transactional matters, regulatory counseling, and environmental litigation before state and federal courts and administrative tribunals, according to Faegre Drinker.
He has experience with brownfield redevelopment projects and transactional-related environmental due diligence, said the firm.
