Michelle Moran has joined Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath as a partner with the investment management group in London, the firm said Thursday.
Moran guides clients in undertakings for collective investment in transferable securities, as well as hedge funds, private funds, investment trusts, real estate funds, segregated institutional portfolios, exchange-traded funds and credit funds, according to Faegre Drinker.
She has worked on transactions that have involved investment managers, brokers, custodians, and fund service providers, and represents financial institutions on sensitive issues involving EU regulators, the firm said.
