Faegre Drinker Adds Investment Management Partner in Washington

Gwendolyn Williamson has joined Faegre Drinker as a partner in the investment management practice group in the Washington, D.C., office, the firm said Tuesday.

Williamson’s practice concentrates on the Investment Company Act of 1940 and the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, advising clients on issues that derive from the operation of registered funds and investment advisory businesses, according to Faegre Drinker.

She represents registered funds and their independent directors, investment advisers, private funds, and other institutional investors, and high net worth individuals and family offices, said the firm.
