Kassendra Galindo has rejoined Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath as a partner in the corporate practice in Minneapolis, Minn., the firm said Tuesday.
Galindo advises companies, strategic acquirers, private equity sponsors, and founders in mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures, according to Faegre Drinker.
Her clients include those in the technology, life sciences, medical devices, consumer products, and retail industries.
She was formerly an associate at Faegre Drinker between 2011 and 2015.
