Joe O’Keefe has joined Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath as a labor and employment practice partner in New York, the firm said Wednesday.
O’Keefe has more than 30 years of experience, which includes class actions, multidistrict litigation and other complex and multifaceted disputes, according to Faegre Drinker.
He also counsels clients on the evolving landscape of law and regulation applicable to non-compete agreements, as well as the integration of artificial intelligence in the workplace and AI-focused regulatory issues, the firm said.
