Alicia O’Brien has rejoined King & Spalding as a partner on the special matters and government investigations team in Washington, the firm said Monday.
O’Brien led the ethics and compliance team at the White House Counsel’s Office, where she served as special counsel and special assistant to President Joe Biden, according to King & Spalding.
She also served as an associate deputy attorney general in the Office of the Deputy Attorney General at the Justice Department as well as an deputy assistant attorney general in the Office of Legislative Affairs, King & Spalding said.
