David Tressler has been appointed to chief legal officer of 6K, a sustainable producer of materials for batteries and additive manufacturing, the company said Tuesday.
Tressler has experience with the commercialization of new technology and maturing legal, regulatory, and compliance functions, according to 6K.
He previously served as deputy general counsel of Waymo, LLC, an autonomous driving technology company, and practiced as a partner with Kirkland & Ellis in Chicago.
