Tod Cohen has joined Steptoe & Johnson as a partner with the government affairs and public policy practice in the San Francisco office, the firm said Tuesday.
Cohen, who is a former partner at O’Melveny & Myers, served as deputy general counsel at Twitter, where he oversaw global legal policy, data protection, litigation, content moderation and law enforcement, employment law, and human rights, according to Steptoe.
He also held the role of general counsel at StubHub and deputy general counsel at eBay, Steptoe said.
