Three ex-partners from the firm started by prominent litigator Marc Kasowitz, including one of the co-founders, have formed their own law operation.
Eric Herschmann, Dan Benson, and Michael Bowen have created the firm that goes by the name Herschmann Benson Bowen, Benson said in an email Wednesday.
“As the firm looks to the future, it acknowledges the recent departure of one of its founding partners, Dan Benson, and thanks him for his decades-long dedication, contributions and friendship,” Benson’s former firm said in a statement.
