Lauren Winter has joined White & Case as a partner in the global debt finance practice in London, the firm said Thursday.
Winter’s practice centers on cross-border and UK acquisition finance and restructurings, advising investment banks, alternative credit providers, corporate borrowers, and private equity sponsors on debt capital structures.
She joins from Shearman & Sterling, where she served as counsel.
