Harry Eisenstein has joined Carlton Fields in the financial services regulatory practice as a shareholder in the Washington, D.C., office, the firm said Tuesday.
Eisenstein most recently served as senior special counsel with the Securities and Exchange Commission in the division of investment management, according to Carlton Fields.
He is a subject matter expert on registered index-linked annuities in addition to other complex securities products, said the firm.
