Adrienne Gurley has joined Venable as a partner in the investigations and white collar defense practice in the Los Angeles office, the firm said Tuesday.
Gurley previously served as senior counsel at the Securities and Exchange Commission where she investigated and prosecuted federal securities law violations, according to Venable.
She was also an assistant US Attorney with the US Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia, said the firm.
