Hagan Scotten, who quit the Manhattan federal prosecutor’s office over its handling of New York Mayor Eric Adams’ criminal case, has joined trial boutique Hueston Hennigan.
Scotten, who ended his 10-year tenure at the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York as its chief of appeals, in February wrote a letter blasting the then-acting deputy attorney general, Emil Bove, for his actions in the Adams prosecution. President Donald Trump on May 28 said he plans to nominate Bove to serve as a federal appeals court judge.
