Kevin R. Puvalowski has joined Petrillo Klein + Boxer as a partner, the firm said Tuesday.
Puvalowski served as the head of the consumer protection and financial enforcement division at the New York State Department of Financial Services, according to Petrillo Klein + Boxer.
He has also been the the deputy special inspector general at the Office of the Special Inspector General for the Troubled Asset Relief Program as well as a federal prosecutor for the Southern District of New York, Petrillo Klein + Boxer said.
