Ex-Nuclear Regulatory Official Joins Morgan Lewis in DC Office

Brooke Poole Clark, formerly the top lawyer for the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission, is joining Morgan Lewis as a partner, the firm said Monday.

Clark will work in the firm’s energy and project development practice in Washington, DC. She spent 27 years at the NRC, including stints as general counsel, secretary, and director of its adjudication office, according to Morgan Lewis.

She will advise on regulatory compliance, strategic risk management, and administrative law, the firm said.
