John Nordlund has joined Littler as a shareholder in its San Diego office, the firm said Monday.
Nordlund represents employers in federal and state employment litigation matters, handling class and representative actions related to wage and hour violations, discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims, and breach of contract issues, according to Littler.
He joins from Jackson Lewis.
