Ex-Husch Blackwell Attorney Joins Heico in General Counsel Role

The Heico Cos. LLC has hired Janelle Anderson as general counsel of its applied solutions group.

Anderson was a senior counsel for Husch Blackwell before joining Heico, a private Chicago-based holding company that buys under-performing manufacturing, construction, and industrial services businesses, on Oct. 19. She also sits on the board of the Federal Bar Association’s Chicago chapter.

She replaces legal chief Matt Nolan who spent three years with Heico before joining medical devices company Safeguard Medical as its first general counsel on Oct. 13.
