Christopher Kamon, former chief financial officer of the bankrupt Girardi Keese law firm, has been ordered held without bail after being charged with wire fraud on Nov. 5.
Kamon was ordered held Thursday by US Magistrate Judge Matthew Maddox in Baltimore. The ex-CFO has been in federal custody since his arrest on Nov. 7 at Baltimore Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport. He made his initial appearance before Maddox, at the US District Court for the District of Maryland, that day.
