Ex-FERC General Counsel Returns to Skadden in Washington Office

James Danly has rejoined Skadden as a partner and head of the energy regulatory group in Washington, D.C., the firm said Tuesday.

Danly will provide advice on federal and state regulatory proceedings, M&A transactions, policy issues, and enforcement and litigation matters, according to Skadden.

He has served as a commissioner, chairman, and general counsel of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
