Garen S. Marshall has joined McGuireWoods as counsel in its government investigations and white collar litigation department, the firm said Tuesday.
Marshall previously served as assistant US attorney in the Eastern District of New York, according to McGuireWoods. He has experience advising clients on investigations involving corruption and fraud allegations.
He will split his time between the Charlotte, N.C., and New York City offices, said the firm.
