Sarah Krissoff has joined Cozen O’Connor as a member in the white collar defense and investigations group in the New York office, the firm said Monday.
Krissoff, former federal prosecutor for the Southern District of New York, joins from Day Pitney, according to Cozen O’Connor.
She represents clients in government and internal investigations, criminal matters, and complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts, said the firm.
