Ex-EY General Counsel Joins McDermott Will & Emery as Partner

Ron Hauben has joined McDermott Will & Emery as a partner and co-head of the accounting defense practice, the firm said Tuesday.

Hauben provides accounting firms with regulatory enforcement, litigation defense, and corporate governance, and advice on risk, according to McDermott.

He previously served as vice chair and general counsel at Ernst & Young and general counsel at PricewaterhouseCoopers, said the firm.
