Mark Grundvig has joined Foley & Lardner as a partner in its antitrust and competition practice group in Washington, D.C., the firm said Monday.
Grundvig most recently served as assistant chief in the Washington Criminal II Section of the Justice Department’s Antitrust Division, according to Foley.
He has experience overseeing investigations and prosecutions of criminal violations of federal antitrust laws, said the firm.
