Stacey Grigsby, former deputy White House counsel to President Biden, has rejoined Covington & Burling as a litigation partner in Washington, the firm said Thursday.
Grigsby will serve as co-chair of the government litigation practice and as a member of the commercial litigation and institutional culture and social responsibility practices.
During her time at the White House Counsel’s Office, Grigsby advised the president and senior White House officials on civil rights issues and worked closely with senior officials at the Justice Department, according to Covington.
She will represent clients in matters involving challenges to government actions, contract disputes, bid protests, and allegations of misconduct and fraud, Covington said.
