Michael Sussmann, a prominent cybersecurity attorney who last year was acquitted of lying to the FBI, has joined Fenwick & West as a partner in Washington, DC, the firm said Monday.
Sussmann’s move to the tech-focused law firm comes nearly a year after a federal jury in Washington cleared him of making a materially false statement to the federal agency.
