A Nelson Mullins former client is blaming the law firm for her allegedly missing a health company share sale valued at $30 million.
Lissette Exposito, founder of health care network Orange Care Group, claims that firm partner Mike Segal failed to notify her of a deadline for selling shares of Cano Health Inc., the health care company that acquired her companies, according to a complaint brought Oct. 29 in Florida Miami-Dade County Court.
