Venture Global Inc., a liquefied natural gas exporter co-founded by a former Hogan Lovells partner, has filed to list its shares publicly, putting an exclamation mark of success on now-billionaire Bob Pender’s bet on leaving Big Law a decade ago.
Venture Global operates a growing liquefied natural gas exporting business out of plants in Louisiana, raking in $7.9 billion in revenue in 2023, according to the filing on Friday with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. The company generated $3.4 billion in revenue through nine months this year.
